Jeffrey Shortt, President

Jeff is a graduate of the Henry Abbott Technical School located in Danbury, CT. where he majored in plumbing and general contracting.  Jeff began his career working for 8 years at a large plumbing and heating firm in Connecticut.  During this period he took advanced courses in both general contracting and plumbing.  His educational experience and trade skills allowed him to become a successful State Licensed Master Plumber.  Jeff went on to own and operate his own plumbing and heating corporation for 18 years overseeing multiple employees and working with residential & commercial customers.
Kimberly Shortt, Vice President

Jeff's daughter Kim is a Graduate of The University of South Florida (Tampa Campus).  She currently holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management and recently earned her State Certified Building Contractor's License.  In addition to overseeing the daily activities at Kimco Construction; Kim is also an actively licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida.  Kim's work ethic and high energy level is a large asset to our company.
