Jeffrey Shortt, President

	Jeffrey Shortt, President Jeffrey is a graduate of the Henry Abbott Technical School located in Danbury, CT. where he majored in plumbing and general contracting. Jeffery began his career working for 8 years at a large plumbing and heating firm in Connecticut. During this period he took advanced courses in both general contracting and plumbing. His educational experience and trade skills allowed him to become a successful State Licensed Master Plumber. Jeffrey went on to own and operate his own plumbing and heating corporation for 18 years where, as President, he developed both managerial and interpersonal skills while overseeing multiple employees and working with residential, commercial & industrial customers.
	Lesley Hare, Strategic Alliance Lesley is a close affiliate of Kimco Construction and performs marketing and administrative duties. Her primary business is as a Licensed Realtor who specializes in European and American investors seeking Florida properties and property management of vacation rentals. She has a unique concept of a turn-key package which includes site selection and purchase, remodel or new construction, complete set up for vacation rental with furniture and services and property management. Currently she has 50 vacation rental properties under management. Lesley is a native of Scotland and has enjoyed the Florida sun for 12 years.
	Kimberly Shortt, Vice President Jeff's daughter Kim is a Graduate of The University of South Florida (Tampa Campus). She currently holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management and plans on continuing her education by earning her General Contractor's License. In addition to overseeing the daily activities at Kimco Construction; Kim is also an actively licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida. Kim's work ethic and high energy level is a large asset to our company.
