The Waterways Cottage is located on a canal front lot in Boca Grande, Florida. The stilt home was constructed on the island in 1979. The scope of the project included a complete interior, exterior and landscape restoration. The structure was completely stripped down to the frame.

The home’s exterior was re-clad with fiber cement siding and re-roofed with a standing seam galvalume roof. All the exterior decks and stairs were reframed and finished with Brazilian Ipe deck boards and cable railings. All the doors and windows were replaced along with all the interior finishes.
